Reno Photographer | Dreamin’
My photographer blogging friends and I are at it again. Except the past few topics (except last week’s) has really required me to dig deep. I wish I was exaggerating when I tell you how shocked I was at the list of topic suggestions! I do adore their creativity though and this gives me a great opportunity to write from my heart on things I normally would not get to address here on my blog.
Today, we’re each writing about our wildest dream, whether that be in business or personal life. In my wildest dream, I’d be completely debt free! (Pshhhawwww, whatever right?!?!?) When I began my photography business, I anticipated 3 – 5 years for it to really grow and bud. I had no idea my business would take off like it did. I feel so blessed and grateful all my hard work has made this dream and vision of mine a true and successful reality. I continue to work very hard at building my business so I can continue to do what I’m so passionate about each day.
A large part of starting my own photography business was not only to capture such special moments in the lives of others, but also to continue to work at paying off my debts. Debts. That dreaded word! It’s amazing how I’ve built my photography business debt-free, yet I’m still working so hard to pay off the debts from my very young and naive years. It’s the one sole thing I wish I could go back and redo! Several months ago, on my continued quest to pay off debt, I began another business venture that not only goes well with my photography services, but I personally found it to be an answer to my quest to live free of my debts! I became a Distributor with It Works! Global after I tried the crazy wraps before my own boudoir session. I fell completely in love with the products and decided this is something I had to share! The company itself is a debt-free company and stresses for its Distributors to do the same.
Over the past couple of months, in addition to working my photography business, I’ve introduced and launched my crazy wraps business “Try My Wraps”. My friends and acquaintances now believe I’m absolutely nuts to have added something else to my already busy and full plate. Yes, I may be crazy, but I know what I have to do in order to set my family up for the long term. It is my heart’s deepest desire for my family to live debt-free and to live comfortably while still spending quality family time together. I watched my good friend AND her husband each earn the $10,000 G.O.O.D. (get out of debt) bonus from the company in August and that more than caught my attention. I want for my family what this company strives for each of its distributors! I want to have a healthier lifestyle again and I want to make extra money sharing these products I’ve grown to love so much over these past several months.
And there you have it…in my wildest dreams, I’d be free of debt. And please don’t snicker, as this is really important to me as I work both businesses. I already sat down last Friday night and paid off one credit card with my commissions from the company thus far and I look forward to doing the same to another card on March 15. If you’d like to cheer me on, you can follow my crazy wraps business on Facebook and learn more via my website!
